Unfortunately the installments of "Conversations with my Chilean Husband" have become few and far between as he has a better grasp on the English language. However, every once in a while I can't help but laugh at the things that come out of his mouth. Here's one from a couple of months ago that I had forgotten to post.
Me: So, Lyn's in a choir that I wanted to join.
Husband: She's in a what?
Me: A choir.
Husband: Like, with the fish?
Me: No. That's an aquarium. Lyn is not in an aquarium. She's in a choir. Like a chorus.
Husband: Ohhhh. That makes more sense.
