Holy shit am I irritable today. I was sort of screening calls at work, mostly because I was eating my lunch and I didn't want to be bothered, and this guy just kept phoning and phoning and phoning until my head almost exploded and I grabbed the phone and yelled into the receiver "JAMIE SPEAKING!!". He was really taken aback, and understandably so I guess. He was so flustered that he didn't even say his name, he just said "Oh, I thought you were out of the office". So you thought you would just keep repeatedly calling until I was back in?
I am sorry I snapped though. He's a nice man.

That is awesome. I've done the same thing. Could he not have just left a message? Seriously.
The thing is, he DID leave a message and then called and called and called again. It was very odd.
Maybe he heard that you were on the market again and saw his opportunity.
