How to beat your personal best in a 10K run.

-Go to a wedding the night before.
-Wear unreasonably high heels. So unreasonable, in fact, that you can't walk when you take them off at the end of the night because your calves hurt so much.
-Drink 4 glasses of wine.
-Get two hours of sleep.
