Stuffs

You know when you're in love with a really great song and every time you hear it you close your eyes and just feel the music even when you're in your car and you're basically putting your life and the lives of others at risk because you love the song so much? That's how I feel about "Good Man" by Josh Ritter. I'd leave a link if I knew how to do it but I don't so go find it on Google or whatever. It's awesome. Also, a prize for whoever can read my mind and tell me which show I was watching when I fell in love with this song. It was at the end of the show.

*****************

I sold my first personal training package today! Only 30 sessions but it's better than 0 sessions! Now, for those sessions only, I will be making the higher rate. I may be able to soon move out of my brother's house without selling a kidney.

*****************

One of the classes I really enjoy at my gym is a mixture of Pilates, Tai Chi, and Yoga. It's a very relaxing stretchy class except the gym is over a grocery store so sometimes the classes are more like, "Now, breath deep......focus your breath on the center of your body......feel the energy flowing from your finger CLEAN UP ON ISLE FIVE tips.....breath.....relax your muscles....At times one tends to lose ones focus. Also, the bakery is just underneath the change room which I think is really mean because every time you go in there all you can smell is baking and after I'm done working out I'm always all, I NEED PIE which is pretty counterproductive.

I really want pie now actually. A prize to whoever sends me a pie.

No idea what show it was, but here's the youtube link.

PS. Josh Ritter totally hugged me TWICE at his concert in Regina and signed my CD that I was as pretty as my name. Then he turned around and said "That's a fucking terrible name".

That last part is a joke. Sigh.

Lyn, I am saddened that you didn't know the show, you always know the show. But I am happy that you left the link! And also jealous that you got to see Josh Ritter. So many feelings.
Also, you have one of the prettiest names of anyone I know so that was a pretty big compliment.

I want to guess Private Practice or Grey's Anatomy, but I pretty much haven't watched tv in a month, so I'm WAY out of the loop.

I wish I knew the show.
That is an intensely good song.
He hugged me at that concert too, but it wasn't that great for me since I hate touching strangers.

No, sorry. Neither of those shows. You know me well though.
There seems to be a lot of hugging going on at his concerts. I'm going to have to find one.

Why do I suddenly feel the need to hug Josh Ritter now so I can belong?

This sucks. I'll probably never hug Josh Ritter, becuase, like Ky, I also hate touching strangers. Probably unlike Ky, though, I also do not like hugging men.

So it sounds like things are looking up for you, which is awesome. I don't really know how to make pie, but my grandma can send you some pumpkin bread with chocolate chips in it if you want.

I'd give you some of mine, but I think we all know that I'm not going to do that because then I would have less pumpkin bread with chocolate chips in it.

Oh yeah- was the show super nanny or Mr. Wizard's world? I gave myself two seconds to think of some shows and that's all I came up with.

Hmmm...those were some interesting, um, guesses Imnotbenny but, no, neither of those shows were the shows that I was thinking of.
I am stongly disappointed in all of you. STRONGLY.
Also, Imnotbenny, I will take you up on your offer to have your grandma send me some of her pumpkin bread with chocolate chips in it. Just tell her to google "single 33 year old who lives with her brother" and I'm sure my address will pop up.

And for the record, Ky DOES hate hugging men. I joke.

Josh Ritter did not hug me. But that was because I was not there. SUCK.

PS. Now I want pie.

Ooh, ooh, was it The Office? How about Dancing with the Stars? Is Josh Ritter John Ritter's son - is it sad I don't think I've ever heard of him?? What rock do I live under that I don't know this clearly talented and very tactile person?? I love hugs - bring it on strangers!!

PS: I got the inside track on that kidney thing if you need it :-)
