We don't need no stinkin' heat.

Does anyone want to hear more about my house? Yes? Ok. So, I'm getting my foundation and heating ducts fixed this week and, what do you know, the damage is even greater than they expected. Much greater. And the heating ducts don't just have holes in them, they are actually not connected. At all. So when the previous owners said they checked the crawl space and everything was good, what exactly did they mean do you think? By "good" did they mean "sucker"? Because that's what I think they meant.

Plus there is a giant hornets nest down there. I guess that solves the mystery of where the giant hornets are coming from.

Dude, I think you should have your agent go back to the owners and charge them half the repairs. They owe you for lying their asses off.

I agree with may-b - it's illegal in Canada not to disclose problems and there's no way these happened in the last few months you've been there.

On the positive side, your house will almost be like new by the time everything is fixed and replaced. Yep - I'm in PR, we can spin anything.
